I am a sensitive, empathic coach who is comfortable dealing with emotion when it arises. I believe that long term change comes from allowing catharsis to happen and this in turn allows you to clear your thoughts and work on lifestyle issues such as;
- Changing career or wanting to improve on an existing one.
- Developing ideas for a new business or venture.
- Improving or developing relationships.
- Improving health and fitness.
- Creating a work/life balance.
- Improving confidence.
- Gaining clarity of thought
- Taking stock of where you are now and focusing on what you
want for the future and making long term goals
- Having a sounding board to help you focus thoughts and ideas.
I also believe our environment has a greater effect on our emotions than most people realise and can work with you to access what truly makes you happy when it comes to your own surroundings. Homestyle coaching can help with:
