Paul Hemphill, the founder of Horizons Life Coaching, is dedicated to helping people to achieve all that they most want out of life. His favourite testimonial came from a client at the end of a coaching programme who told him: "I still feel like me - just a better version!" Paul's mission is to help all his clients follow a similar journey of self discovery, first understanding themselves better and then setting new goals and actions that can literally transform their lives - either in a business context or in their life outside work
Paul's own values include kindness, professionalism and making a difference. He has a friendly, calm and re-assuring nature that helps his clients relax and be comfortable He is also an excellent listener and highly confidential. He believes that every coach should have a fully accredited qualification before beginning to practice although this is unfortunately not always the case.
Prior to becoming a coach, Paul gained over 25 years experience of management and staff development in both the public and private sector. Drawing on his experience as a manager and his longstanding interest in the science of happiness, he sees life coaching as an ideal way of helping fellow professionals and small business owners to achieve their dreams. Paul is happily married with two children.
The Horizons Life Coaching practice was founded by Paul with a mission to provide affordable but high impact coaching services to individuals and to businesses. He has a fundamental belief that everyone is capable of increasing their overall happiness and sense of wellbeing; that happiness is a journey, not a destination; and that happiness brings success, rather than the other way around.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Paul has a Life Coach Practitioner Diploma from Noble-Manhattan (DipNMC), the longest established life coach training organisation in Europe. This diploma is also recognised and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. He is also an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC).
His other current memberships include the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC).

Fees
Free, no-commitment first session available to all: "Welcome to Coaching".
If you decide to proceed with further coaching the fees are:
Pay as you go: £60 per 1 hour session, face-to-face; or £55 per session by Skype
If four sessions are booked and paid in advance the fees are: £190, face-to-face; and £180, by Skype. All outstanding money will be returned if you decide to cancel at any time.
Further Information
In addition to delivering one-to-one coaching Paul is available to lead workshops and give presentations on a wide range of issues related to happiness and wellbeing.
