Change can bring about anxieties that often prevent people altering things in their lives that are not working for them. This then contributes to making them unhappy and feeling out of control or they remain bored with their life style. I will encourage you to take control of your own life, your own way, choosing your own path to follow. I will help you to build your confidence, embrace your own power and build your mental strength to be able you to make your own decisions and gain your desired goals. This approach constructively allows you to translate your own thoughts into actions and become the person you want to become.
My extensive training in psychological therapies enables me to alleviate anxiety, stress or nervousness about putting into practice future plans and goals, by changing negative thoughts into positive ones and dealing with any associated emotions to create a healthy mental outlook.
Being an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist also trained in CBT, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy, gives me the skills to help you change behaviours, improve communication skills and explore all aspects of your life to ensure you set the goals that are right and achievable for you. With my experience I will encourage you to create a balanced life which will invigorate you improving both your physical and mental health.
