affirmations, Emotional Freedom Technique, self-hypnosis and the law of attraction, Reiky and Spiritual Healing. I only use what I feel is appropriate previous consent of the client.

Affordable Life Coaching
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and can be either face-to-face and online in the comfort of your home or office by telephone or by FREE Skype call (audio and video).
Normally a minimum of 4 coaching sessions are recommended to experience the full benefit of coaching.
Commitment and accountability are the necessary requisites to benefit from coaching. During a coaching session YOU as the client are the focus. We will discuss together what is the challenge you are experiencing right now and what you really want. Then we will brainstorm the various options available and create an action plan. We will also identify and manage what is called "the inner critic voice" and the beliefs which are normally responsible of holding you back from getting what you want. You will learn techniques to keep you focused and motivated to reach your objective and keep the inner critic from stopping you move forward.
A single coaching session costs £ 65 for a full 60 hour. Payable by cash, cheque or paypal. Sessions are normally weekly or fortnightly to best suit your needs.

Bronze - 4 coaching sessions (plus 1 email in between sessions) £255
Silver - 6 coaching sessions (plus 1 email in between sessions) £375

The coaching packages must be paid fully in advance.
I offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE so if you are not satisfied with how the coaching is progressing or you feel you wish to end the coaching relationship, I will refund the unused sessions. Completed sessions will be charged at a rate of £ 65 per session in this instance.
