For Life Coaching in Durham and Tyne & Wear, you will be in good hands with Olwyn Rowlands. Individual coaching or 90 minute self-development Life Clubs workshops in Durham are available. With experience working with many clients, from teenagers to business people, you will find that Olwyn Rowlands is skilled and well qualified to help you make the changes you want to now.
The weekly Life Club sessions offer an opportunity to gain new perspectives on life in a supportive, small group environment. Olwyn is a licensed Life Club host (www.lifeclubs.co.uk) who uses the work of Nina Grunfeld to help you make the changes you desire.

Creating the life you want now
Deciding what that new life should be is often the hard thing! If you find that the life you have is not quite what you want it to be, then take action and do something different. Life coaching or coming to the weekly Life Club workshops are great ways of achieving the new you.

Further Information
Coaching sessions can be face to face in and around the Durham and Tyne & Wear area. We can meet in the comfort of your own home, the convenience of your office, in a local hotel reception or similar, or you can come to my consultation room in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
Telephone coaching is also available for those outside my locality.
Email support is offered between sessions.
