At Noema Solutions we work with individuals, teams and organisations to help everyone get the most from whatever change we experience in our lives.

Our team has extensive experience of communicating through change, underpinned by professional qualifications in coaching and organisational communication. All draw on experience from senior roles where performance and customer service are equally important so that you will have the personal, professional and emotional support you need to unlock your potential - be it for your personal or work life.
Our coaches are members of the Association for Coaching and are regulated by their code of ethics.
The Managing Director of Noema Solutions Limited is Vicki Davies. With a background in leading successful teams, Vicki believes in helping others realise potential and see themselves grow. She has an MA (Hons) is a qualified business and personal coach (University of Chester) as well as an experienced practitioner in communicating organisational change and building effective teams. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Bronze package (4 sessions, within 3 months) - £950
Silver package (8 sessions, within 6 months) - £1800
Gold package (12 sessions, within 12 months) - £2700
Team training
workshops from £1,500 per day
360-degree appraisal and feedback
1 - 5 employees - from £375 per person
6 or more employees- from £325 per person
