I will help you to understand why you feel the way you do -  Working with your core values, your beliefs and attitudes. Helping you to take control of your life or even just certain aspects of it such as your finances, your career, your health or relationships. Maybe you would like to work on self-confidence,self belief or stress managment- For some people it is being able to see the wood for the trees and obtain a decent work/life balance.

I can also help you to develop your sales and communication skills, which would involve understanding how and when to ask the right question, how to empathise and listen, learning the subtleties of human behaviour and gaining the confidence of when and how to ask for the business.

With all of these life and business skills under your belt you will be making the very best of your life.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a Diploma in Life,business and Executive Coaching.

And Diplomas in Social and behavioural Psychology.

Following 27 years with Barclays Bank, the majority of those in Training, Branch or Sales Management, I left the Bank in 2006 to re-train as a Life Coach.

Through Barclays Bank, I attained my FPC (financial planning certificate) which at the time enabled me to sell or supervise sales staff in the sales of pensions,life & Protection, Investment products and CMAP which is for the Mortgages.
I also have parts 1 and 2 of ACiB Chartered Institute of Bankers.

I now run my own Company  - Niki Chalkley Professional Development and Life Coaching.

Fees

I offer face to face / telephone / and on-line Coaching.

Generally as my programmes as bespoke they will include a mixture - the normal 6 session programme is £50 per session.
On-line coaching is £20 per session.

My on-line programme is 'not one hat fits all' it is again written for you and your circumstances and wishes  - you have the ability to work through exercises in the comfort of your own space, working at your pace with the opportunity to email me directly with questions and thoughts.
Each face to face or telephone session is approximately an hour, you will also be given exercises to complete in your own time outside of our conversations.

You can pay either up front and receive a discount or per session, and or over a 6 month period by standing order.
The most important factor is that you enhance your life or your career.
