Who does Nicole work with? 

Nicole has been a professionally qualified Relationship Coach for over 20 years. She has worked with thousands of couples from all walks of life, helping them overcome relationship challenges and re-build their relationships to create happier, healthier, more successful lives together. Where children are involved, Nicole helps you not only to re-build your relationship, but also to create a happy, healthy family environment for your children's well being and happiness. Nicole has worked successfully with a wide range of people including high profile couples and couples from many different diverse backgrounds. 

Nicole uses a unique approach, which combines traditional coaching methods with pioneering tools and techniques. She has developed a proven process that takes couples on a journey to discover what needs to change in order to rebuild their relationship. She then provides you with Personal Change Tools, tools and techniques that are based on sports psychology and neuro-science.  Once we have developed these tools that are unique to your situation and relationship goals,  you take them away with you and use them daily to support the behavioural changes needed to create the relationship you both want. 

Nicole's  aim is to help you as a couple get to where you want to be as quickly as possible, providing you with tools and techniques for life. This means you become self sufficient and your achievements and changes are sustainable. You can see some of her testimonials here

  Qualifications

Nicole  has a Masters degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is SDI,  Relationship Awareness Theory licenced. She is also an NLP practitioner and is a full member of the Association for Coaching. 

How does it work?  

Nicole provides an initial telephone consultation to gain an understanding of your relationship challenges and goals. If she believes she can help you and if you feel she is the right person for you to be working with, she will develop a personal programme tailored specifically for you. Coaching young people

Fees are £70 per hour 

The face to face practice is on a luxury boat on the River Thames at Teddington lock. A little bit like going in holiday, the more you can get away from your own environment and be around nature, the more your mind can relax and focus.
