I help creative business leaders and professionals to overcome barriers and to achieve both commercial success and fulfilment.
I also support creative freelancers, (artists, TV producers, actors, musicians) to help develop the confidence, clarity and motivation to move effortlessly towards their most desirable goals.

Experience
Previous creative careers included BBC broadcast journalist, music PR, singer and dancer.
Launched into the world of personal development in 2001 at the BBC on a creativity culture change project called 'Making it Happen'.
Worked freelance for seven years as an leadership trainer, coach and consultant for both the corporate, public sector. Delivered leadership and communication training on behalf of Mind Gym, Power Train and Wizards Network to the corporate world.
Clients have included Visa, Gatwick Express, Tesco, Virgin Media, Bradford and Bingley, John Lewiss, Neal's Yard Remedies, Great Ormond Street Hospital and BBC.
Become a certified coach in 2010 and worked as an executive coach in NHS and public sector.
Set up NickyJMoran.com in 2011 as a step towards empowering more creative leaders to run really successful businesses

Due to the variety of clients that I work with, my fees are tailored to fit with a range of budgets. Please email to give me a rough idea of your situation.
Sole Traders and freelancers
£225 per month
Includes 2 x one hour coaching sessions and email support in between.
Medium sized company
£150 for each one hour coaching session
£400 for a half day session
£800 full day training in house
Corporate rates
£250 for each one hour coaching session
£600 half a day in house
£1200 full day in house
Up and coming artists with low income
I keep a couple of reduced fee slots for ambitious artists who are driven and passionate, but lack the funds for normal rates. I have a busy practice, so please only contact me if you are very committed as there is often a waiting list. Please email me with your budget, what your dreams are, what you'd love to gain from coaching and I'll do what I can. (I can always refer you to coaches I rate if I don't have space)
