About me
I help creative business leaders and freelance professionals to overcome barriers and to achieve both commercial success and fulfillment.
I also support creative freelancers, (artists, TV producers, actors, musicians) to help develop the confidence, clarity and motivation to move effortlessly towards their most desirable goals.

Award winning trainer and coach, with fourteen years experience of coaching leaders and creative professionals.
Previous creative careers included BBC broadcast journalist, music PR, singer and dancer.
Launched into the world of personal development in 2001 at the BBC on a creativity culture change project called 'Making it Happen'.
Worked freelance for ten years as an leadership trainer, coach and consultant for both the corporate, public sector. Delivered leadership and communication training on behalf of Mind Gym, Power Train and Wizards Network to the corporate world.
Clients have included Visa, Gatwick Express, Tesco, Virgin Media, Bradford and Bingley, John Lewiss, Neal's Yard Remedies, Great Ormond Street Hospital and BBC.
Become a certified coach in 2010 and worked as an executive coach in the corporate world.

Prices start at £375 for a 2.5 hour discovery session or
£165 per hour sessions.
Discovery session:
Two hour introductory session is ideal for anyone wanting to gain clarity and build a foundation for their life/career based that will give fulfilment. We help you to gain clarity on personal values, life purpose, key skills and a vision for where you want to go. You leave the session with a set of clear goals and actions to move forward.

After session: You gain a report defining your core values, goals and an action plan.
Four months of coaching (Recommended )
Ideal for those who wish to make a change and want regular, structured support to keep on track.
Includes 10 hours of coaching, handouts, structures and email support in between.
Includes accountability checks and time management handouts to keep the coaching on track.
£1500 for a four month package
Small companies and charities (London based)
Phone coaching: £175 per hour session
In house coaching: £250 per hour session or £400 for two hours
£750 for a half day in house
£1250 full day training in house
