Hi, I am a Mindfulness Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation, and I will support you to start making some truly positive changes in your life so you can start to reduce feelings of stress or anxiety.
I share simple and easy mindfulness techniques so you can powerfully start to create the changes you want to see in your life. You will also begin to feel more confident and see the relationships around you flourish. Mindfulness, and living mindfully, allows you to start making different and better choices that puts you back in control of where your life is heading.

FREE DISCOVERY SESSION: I offer a FREE consultation so that we can meet and discuss exactly what it is you're looking to create from your coaching journey. During this session it will also become clear whether or not we want to work together further.
What to expect from a FREE discovery session: Together we will begin to explore where you would like to make some important changes in your life. I will also give you some simple and easy tips on how you can start to slow down in order to manage any stressful or anxious situations you experience. You will start to envisage having the confidence to make those lasting changes that you really want.
6 Month Programmes Prices:
Mindfulness Coaching Programme:
£220 per month (2 x 60 minute sessions)
Mind Body & Soul Transformation Programmes:
£299 per month (2 x 90 minute sessions)
£399 per month (2 x 160 minute sessions)
These session are an extension of the Mindfulness Coaching programme and include Energy Healing to release energy blocks and bring about transformation and balance of Mind, Body and Soul.
ALL 6 month Programmes include:
- Face to face sessions with me (or Skype if you prefer)
- Access to a private Facebook group
- Email support in between sessions
- Monthly personalised flower essence remedy;

I have always been curious about the benefits of Mindfulness and how we can live our lives in a more balanced way. Mindfulness help us to become more aware of what's going on around us, live more in the present moment, and give us clarity about what we truly want and desire.
I may also introduce a combination of meditation, breathing, visualisation, movement exercises and flower essence remedies to your sessions, if I feel this is appropriate.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM WORKING WITH ME:
A FREE discovery session: Together we will begin to explore where you would like to make some important changes in your life. I will also give you some simple and easy tips on how you can start to slow down in order to manage any stressful or anxious situations you experience. You will start to envisage having the confidence to make those lasting changes that you really want.
Ongoing Sessions: We will work together either over 6 months depending on what you are looking to achieve. Sessions are typically every 2 weeks so that you move in the direction you want to go quickly. You will take away some valuable mindfulness tools and you can start creating changes straight away. These tools will help you build resilience during challenging times, so that you have a number of tools and resources to help us through any given situation in the best way possible.
Sessions may also include Meditation, Visualisation, Breathing exercises, Reiki Healing and Flower essence remedies.
