My specialty is working with people who have questions about their career. Perhaps you want to re-examine your career choices ? Perhaps you feel like you cannot reach your potential in your current role or company ? Perhaps its time to explore your real career ambitions? Or perhaps you don't know what you want - you just know what you are doing isn't right for you ?
My background is in Psychology and coupled with over 20 year of working in commercially oriented HR functions means I have a really good understanding of what makes people and organisations "tick". Having spent many years on the Board I also understand how organisational politics can both help and hinder our careers. I feel my value as a coach is because I try to find the right balance between helping you to "help yourself" whilst carefully offering my own insight and experience to optimise your learning.
I am based in Newbury, Berkshire and will work with people face to face or over the phone. I offer an initial consultation without charge or obligation so that you can decide if I would be the right coach for you.

Employed ?
Depending on the salary you are earning I will flex my fees between £75 per hour and £100 per hour. Any travel expenses will be additional to this - therefore it can be helpful to use Skype to keep costs to a minimum.
I also offer a package deal of 6 hours for the price of 5 - this assumes a normal session cost of £100, so you would get 6 hours of coaching for £500.
Unemployed ?
If you are out of work and need support but can't afford to pay, then I can connect you with a charity "Career Springboard" see www.careerswestberks.org.uk through them you will be entitled to have 3 hours of coaching with me, without charge.

Where do I work from ?
I work flexible to meet the needs of my clients - so if you are local to Newbury you may want to come to my home office (near the Robin Hood Roundabout) and get a proper "reflective space". Or if you want to meet in a neutral setting, as a corporate sponsor of Newbury's Corn Exchange I have the use of their facilities during the daytime. Alternatively if you are short of time, I can come to your workplace or we can work over the phone/skype. What would work best for you ?
