I have been a qualified life coach since 2008. I have a certificate in Coaching from The Centre of Stress Managment. I have also attended courses with Catalyst Coaching and the Coaching Academy.
I bring a wealth of life experience along with my coaching skills to my clients . I work closely with clients to enhance their performance in order to achieve their goals. The goals can be related to any aspect of life, not just work. I specalise in dealing with:

I have a Certificate in Life Coaching from the Centre of Stress Mangement.
I am a Associate Member of the Coaching Association.
I am a volunteer Life Coach at the Redbridge Assessment Centre, Ilford, Essex.
In the past I have held Managenent roles in four different compaies. It's these roles that have sent me on the successful path of being an effective life coach.
