BODY PEACE PROGRAMME
Having been a life coach for a number of years I have coached clients in many areas of their lives including careers, wellbeing, confidence and motivation amongst many others. However, there was always one area that I found particularly fascinating and extremely complicated and that was when a client said that they wanted to lose weight. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to try and implement what we are told we need to do to achieve the body shape and size that we want, and more importantly to keep it.
A person’s eating habits and body size are an unbelievably complicated mix of their biology, lifestyle, culture, history and emotions and these also have their own inter-relationships just to make things even more complicated. And yet we live in a time in history when people are getting heavier and heavier and we are being told to simply eat less and exercise more. This is a completely ineffective solution to this issue and for that reason I have developed a seven session programme aimed at helping individuals to tackle this area of their lives. It helps clients to establish the habits that work for them as individuals so they can achieve the results that they want in the long term.
A person’s relationship with their body can say a lot about their relationship with themselves and can also have many knock on effects in other areas of their lives. That is why it is so important to take the time to look at what is happening with how you are looking after yourself.
The Body Peace Programme helps to create the positive changes that you want in your relationship with your body and yourself. I use a holistic approach that looks at the issue from a number of different perspectives to ensure that as many of the possible challenges to this outcome are addressed as possible.

I decided to become a coach when I started to ask myself some important questions about what I wanted out of my life. I have always had a profound interest in human behaviour, hence pursuing psychology at university and training as a professional actress. However, it was through asking myself the right questions and inadvertently coaching myself, that I decided to train to become a professional coach with the Coaching Academy. Similarly, it is through coaching that I aim to help my clients find their own answers and motivation to create the outcomes that they want.

The fee for each coaching session is £75.
