About me
I provide Life Coaching, Career Coaching and Business Coaching to both individuals and businesses. I also offer an HR consultancy service to SMEs, which utilises my background in HR management.
My clients include small business owners and startups, mothers returning to the workplace, those seeking a complete change in career direction, and people at a crossroads with a big decision to make.

In business, I coach managers and employees to improve performance and skills levels, and address issues around confidence and team dynamics.
My approach is holistic, and I examine all aspects of a client's life. I believe that anything is possible with the right support and guidance. Inspiration comes from those people who know what they want and set about achieving it, whilst staying true to themselves.
What to Expect
I adapt my coaching approach to client's needs, and I am flexible in how coaching is delivered. I work either by telephone, Skype or face to face, and I operate nationally and internationally.
My aim is to guide and motivate clients to clarify their goals, understand their strengths and weaknesses and overcome barriers to achieving the results that will realise their potential and increase fulfilment in their life.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 7 Life Coaching Diploma, accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPCM), of which I am a member.
I have an MSc in Human Resource Management, and a LLB (Honours) Law degree. I am a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
I had a long career in HR Management, in the UK and overseas, in both the public and private sectors, prior to qualifying as a coach. In that career, I coached managers to deal effectively with a number of employee relations scenarios. I also mentored employees in difficult situations such as redundancy.

EXECUTIVE COACHING, BUSINESS COACHING AND/OR HR CONSULTANCY
Fees for Executive Coaching, Business Coaching and/or HR Consultancy packages are flexible depending upon the individual requirements of the client. Please contact me to arrange a meeting so that we can discuss and agree an appropriate solution for your business.
INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES
FREE INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION
I offer an initial FREE telephone consultation to discuss your current situation, and in order that I can gain a clear idea about your requirements. I will question you about your current circumstances, the issues that you wish to work upon and what your aims are. In order to get the most out of coaching, your strong commitment will be required.
My view is that the more time spent coaching, the greater the opportunity will be for you to meet your goals and for us to set up a productive and beneficial coaching relationship. As the sessions progress, we will explore the different options available to you, and then set goals with realistic targets for achieving them.
COACHING FEES - LIFE COACHING AND CAREER COACHING
My standard hourly rate for one 60 minute session of 1 to 1 coaching is £80 online or £90 face to face.
The small face to face supplement of £10 is added to cover travel costs and time.
I also offer the following packages for pre-paid coaching delivered via video call or telephone.
GOLD - 6 x 60 minute sessions for £450 online or £510 face to face
SILVER - 4 x 60 minute sessions for £310 online or £350 face to face
These packages will also include support via email and text, which will be provided between the sessions.
