I have extensive experience in supporting and coaching individuals to achieve aims and promote their personal and professional growth.  I have held positions in further education colleges including teaching, mentoring and one-to-one coaching working with adults and young people on a wide range of personal, career and academic issues. 

I have a flexible and approachable manner and use a holistic person centred approach to coaching and mentoring which ensures that you will receive support that is tailored to your needs.
