Here at Coaching Indepth, we believe that life coaching is about helping an individual or a group reach their true potential, through working with them on specific issues that will help them achieve specific aspirations and goals in their life. Coaching is very different from counselling; with counselling a therapist will aim to work on past events in order to work out the where and when. Life coaching in its simplistic form is all about:
1. Where you are now
2. Where you want to get too
3. How you are going to get there.
Life coaching can help you work on target related goals that might help you transform your life, build that business, or change that job, by assisting you to find the solutions to your own issues through personal development plans and goals. Ultimately our main function is to help you find the answers for yourselves. We use a variety of techniques to help you get where you want to go from psychometric tests, teaching and personal development plans to help you work towards your objectives and achieve positive results. We work in the following fields, Life coaching is a huge field at Coaching Indepth we offer the following services: mentoring youth and engagement Business mentoring, development / and grant writing christian coaching, career coaching and job coaching. We offer a friendly service based on your individual needs.
Most of our coaching is done over the telephone, but we do offer a face to face service.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
A Level 5 degree level coaching in mentoring and leadership
BSC HON degree in Sociology and Theology
PGCE in teaching
10 years experience in coaching and mentoring young people and Adults

PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
Your first initial enquiry session is FREE for 30 mins then
£ 30.00 for an hour's session.
£10.00 for any follow up research that may be needed for your next session.
Commercial and group consultations
£50 per hour
£60 per hour for Face-Face
£25.00's for Follow up research
10% discount on all block bookings of 4 or more
