I specialise in health and wellbeing coaching, combining her coaching, nutrition, exercise science, and stress recovery techniques to help guide and empower individuals to access that ‘rocket fuel’; take responsibility for their own health and to adopt long term, sustainable healthy lifestyle choices for health, energy and balance.
The coaching process will support you in overcoming obstacles and outgrow any struggles around health and wellbeing. I work with you in a friendly and non-judgemental (and affordable) way to help you to develop and implement personal wellness plans which will best support you in your journey in achieving personal and professional goals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am well placed to understand the challenges of trying to balance a healthy active lifestyle with the stressful demands that come with leading a busy work life. I worked in the outdoor and event industry for over 15 years in various senior management roles, working with some high profile clients including Tesco, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Health and fitness has always been a hugely important part of my life and in 2011 I decided to change career to make a difference and encourage active and healthier lifestyles in others. Never before has there been such a degree of information and interest over the link between looking after ones health and improved wellbeing, engagement and performance. I am passionate about helping people move better, feel better and have more energy, and all the benefits this can bring them both personally and professionally.
I trained as a Corporate Athlete facilitator with the Human Performance Institute in Florida, and am a corporate trainer, an International Coaching Federation accredited coach through Full Circle Development Coaching, and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Areas of coaching I deal with
I work with my clients via video Skype or on the phone. Typically the coaching works over a six session period. I will:
- Guide you in to mindful thinking and build confidence.
- Help you define your higher purpose for wellness.
- Address mental, emotional and physical health together.
- Set realistic goals.
- Harness your own strengths to overcome obstacles.
- Help draw up a personal wellness blueprint.
- Inspire and challenge you to go beyond what we do alone!
