If you are a professional who is dealing with tricky issues at work that don't have a quick solution then I can help.
My clients are often leaders and managers of organisations, teams or projects, or they are aspiring to become managers in their organisation. Others are professionals who aspire to develop their role and contribution at work. Some clients are struggling with difficult relationships at work and need support to either just get through it, or to make new choices about how to deal with the situation. All clients come because they need some space to think through something that is significant to them.
Examples of coaching issues I work with are: managing the team, dealing with a difficult colleague, handling overwhelm, staying robust in difficult and changing times, and planning the next step for a happier working life.
My approach to all coaching conversations is to give clients the chance to think about their current situation with fresh eyes, through insightful questioning and deep listening. I won't tell you what to do but I will pro-actively help you find your own way forward and solutions. Coaching will often help you break free of ruminating and feeling stuck about an issue and allow you to see a new perspective and way forward. I will support you to see the full picture and challenge you to connect to your existing inner resources and to what both your intellect and intuition want to tell you.
I take a practical, solution-focused approach but I won't rush you to find an answer. I aim to offer a very different conversation from those you often get at work - with plenty of space to think and explore options in a safe and confidential environment.
