I primarily with women who struggle with chronic health conditions, fatigue and pain and who would like to increase energy, feel like they are in control again and get their life back.
I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious all the time and carried that feeling in to everything I was doing. I felt blocked and weighed down. Not only this, but I lacked self esteem and confidence. Lisa and I spoke briefly about the issues that brought me to see her and then she offered me some options about how to proceed and we decided together on the best approach. I felt confident to be honest and brave about my feelings. We worked through particular feelings - fear being one - identifying early triggers and early successful approaches to dealing with it and bringing those successful processes forward to now. We also found physical anchors for positive emotions. I felt supported by the work but also given the skills to be self-supportive moving forward. I will always remember and treasure the unexpected surge of joy and confidence I had while in the safe space Lisa created for me to contemplate my future and be open to my potential. After working with Lisa, the anxiety and feeling of being overwhelmed dissipated and I began to feel more in control of my choices. I offer a unique insight as not only did I battle myself with chronic ill health for 12 years, I fully recovered 5 years ago and have lived and healthy and happy life ever since. I provide a specialised programme tailored to each individual using a variety of methodologies including Coaching, NLP, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy. Because of this, my clients receive ‘all in’ support and guidance, information, intervention and techniques to utilise themselves to continue living a healthy and happy life.

Training, qualifications & experience
My professional background is in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I used to run regular one-to-one adult therapy sessions at Cardiff Mind and Akousis, Bristol.
My passion is to work with those affected by Chronic Health conditions as I myself battled with chronic ill health for over 12 years. With the right support and guidance, I overcame ALL of my health issues and now live a fulfilling and healthy life and I want to provide the same support and guidance to help you overcome similar issues.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling, am a certified Coaching Practitioner, MOE Life Coach, NLP Coach and Youth Coach as well as being a certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner. I have also certified in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health.
I am a Member of the Association for Coaching, Member of the BACP including the Coaching and Young People's divisions as well as being a member of the Association of Integrative Psychology.

*** 6 week “All In" Package £495-00 (6 x weekly sessions including weekly check ins and follow up emails. The first & last sessions are 90 mins each totaling 7 hours @ £70-00 per session)
8 week ‘Illness to Wellness’ Package £895 (8 x weekly or fortnightly sessions including weekly check ins and follow up emails, resources, handouts + Bonus gift. The first and last sessions are 90 minutes and the sessions in between are 60 – 75 minutes totaling over 11 hours 1-2-1 work).

My sessions with Lisa were a massive turning point for me.
