About me

Hi welcome to my page,

I love Life Coaching and I am passionate about self-awareness and personal growth.

Do you feel like you want to shake up your life? Do you find yourself in a position where life has been shaken up for you by unexpected circumstances. Either way working with me will enable you to have the time and space to focus on you; to be clear about your path, and to identify the steps that will move you towards your goals.

What if you set out to make the changes that you desire and had someone alongside you on the journey, someone who believes in you and has faith in your capacity to reach your goals? What difference would that make to you?

I can accompany you on your journey outdoors in the form of walking coaching or more traditionally we can work together indoors.

Joining the benefits of both walking and life coaching in the form of walking coaching can have a powerful effect. Exercise not only changes your body it changes your mind, your attitude, your mood. Walking coaching doesn’t require any special equipment or a special place to walk.

I am a coach who loves to;

  • Be creative in my work
  • Make a difference in your life
  • Share an abundance mind set
  • Have a joyful experience together
  • Make learning fun
  • Celebrate the positives
  • Embrace spirituality
  • Help you grow through challenges

I am Author of the book ‘Parenting a Violent Child’. I have coached in the area of health and fitness, couple relationships, parenting and mental health. I use a holistic approach and my expertise is in relationships, self-care and work/life balance.

Client Experiences

Life Coaching

Kim’s coaching has been essential in enabling me to get my business up and running. She is very systematic, taking me through things step by step and working to timescales which are effective and appropriately paced to enable me to make rapid progress.  She is very calm and extremely encouraging and supportive. Kim is a fantastic life coach. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to achieve lasting results and make rapid progress towards their goals.

I started working with Kim in preparation for my PhD. Kim has helped me to recognise the root causes of my behaviour and empowered me to explore and work on all aspects of my busy life. She has helped me in my academic life and also to gain boundaries with my friends, family and colleagues that were lacking.  Her kind, non-judgmental approach to life events allowed me to come to her with a holistic approach bringing every aspect of my world to the forum; this streamlined my thought processes for the PhD and improves my overall enjoyment of life and work.  Kim brings far more to the coaching sessions than the help with academic development than I anticipated and I hope that this partnership spans beyond my time as a student.

Walking Coaching

“I found that because we were focused with talking and thinking that I was able to achieve more physically than I would if I was walking alone. I love to be out doors and walking coaching does wonders for my mental health’ Donna D.
