The maxim I have is 'helping you to where you want to go' and that is just what I help my clients to do. My philosophy is to treat every client as an individual in order to tailor the sessions to your specific needs. I am here to guide you through all the options to reach your goals.
As your coach I will use a wide skillset as I believe the more modalities I have to include in each session, the more successful I will be in helping you. My programmes reflect that all individuals, couples and teams are unique.
I have been in practice since 1990, making me one of the most experienced coaches you will work with. I offer life, personal and bereavement coaching, plus relationship, marriage and divorce coaching and counselling to individuals and couples.
I also deliver executive, business, redundancy and career coaching programmes. Businesses often asked to troubleshoot for teams or groups who are having difficulties relating and working with each other. My wealth of experience in business and relationship work enables me to provides a very effective approach. Instead of using a formulaic method, I will ensure that you receive a bespoke programme that works specifically for your company.
