What I do:
I am an anxiety and emotional resilience coach. When working with clients, I use a range of psychological tools including Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I work with my clients to uncover thinking and behavioural habits that create and maintain anxiety and other difficult emotions. My clients contact me because their emotions have been holding them back for years from the life they want to live. We work together to weaken and remove barriers and to learn resilience and coping skills.
I pride myself in providing a safe and nurturing environment where my clients feel supported in expressing and exploring difficult emotions.
Having been a ‘sufferer’ of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) since childhood, I am able to understand the challenges of coping with difficult emotions and feeling held back. This enables me to be empathetic towards clients while also gently challenging them to break out of comfort zones when needed.
Prior to becoming a coach, I was a primary school teacher which gave me an insight into how early thinking and behavioural habits begin in our lives, becoming embedded and carried with us into adulthood.
As well as being an anxiety and emotional resilience coach, I also run mindfulness-based cognitive therapy groups and teach mindfulness on a one to one basis.
My coaching style
My coaching style is non-judgemental, patient and supportive while also gently challenging. As well as the work we do together in-session, I offer worksheets and videos to practice and embed understanding between sessions.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal (which carries an additional fee).
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a session or commencement of a programme. Refunds will only be given when cancellations are made within the notice period.
