As a professional woman and a mother, I passionately believe that we can have it all, that we can do what we want, keep our identity and still be a great parent. We can have a job that we love and reach our potential in, whilst also having a fulfilling family life.
I design and deliver bespoke coaching programmes to women who are seeking to return to work, either into a profession held previously, or a new challenge. After having a career break to look after my own children, I realised that going back to my previous role in social care management was not going to work for my family and me. This encouraged me to discover coaching, and to set up my own business to support other women who found themselves in a similar situation.
How would I work with you?
The coaching process is unique to each individual; every person is at a different point in their lives and is looking for different things. I work with you where you are right now, to find out what really matters to you, to look at what is holding you back, to discover the best way for you to find what you want, and to get there and beyond. Together we collaborate so that you can find the answers within yourself, and you can create your own best possible life.
Our initial 90 minutes session is complimentary. This is so that you can find out more about me, my style of coaching and whether you feel that I am the right coach for you.
Why would you choose me?
When choosing a coach I believe that it is important to find someone who is an expert in the area(s) that you are looking for development and success in. I am a professional woman who appreciates the balance required in having a fulfilling family life, but also now understands how important it is to keep your own identity and career. If this is a feeling that you recognise, then I can help you.

What my clients have said about me:
"Being coached by Julia was very powerful. She offered me a wonderful self-development experience whilst helping me to address some blocks that were holding me back"
"Julia is very insightful and a wonderful listener. She is capable of asking just the right questions and then hears and translates what I am unconsciously not saying into actionable discussions. She helps me to look at problems in a different way and then find solutions that fit my needs, so I can meet my personal and professional objectives."
"Caring and pragmatic, Julia helped me to formulate a plan of what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go. Her genuinely warm and empathetic style of coaching has allowed me to focus on what is important to me. As a result I have started to take action, where previously I would have only thought about doing so. In turn, my confidence has grown. My whole family has felt the impact of me taking coaching with Julia. I would definitely recommend Julia to others."
