Enabling people to make small changes that make a big difference to the way they feel about themselves, their situation and relationships, is the hallmark of my coaching practice. I believe that the key to maximising potential is first to find out someone thinks and learns, and then empower them to utilise their skills, talents and resourcefulness. That’s why I first started to provide coaching more than 15 years ago as a specialist training consultant, to enhance the range of personal and professional development initiatives I could offer.
In leadership and management roles I have 20 years experience working within the public and not-for-profit sectors including Fire, Police and Ambulance services, NHS Trust, Law Courts and Home Office as well as commercial experience in the communications, retail and hospitality industries.
With the ability to quickly understand and interpret the vision and values of an organisation I am able facilitate development aligned to specific business objectives. I recognise how important it is to draw out potential and resourcefulness, enabling people to achieve more, yet feel less stress or pressure.
