About me

I help people who, in some significant aspect of their work or personal life, find they are not getting anywhere and are unable to solve their own problems.

It could be that they have been promoted and need support in finding their way to work effectively at a new level; or they have difficulties getting on with colleagues or a boss. Or maybe they have always been identified with a role, job or profession and for some reason that role, job or profession is not there anymore - perhaps as a result of redundancy, retirement or children flying the nest.

Whatever the circumstance, they feel stuck, frustrated, perhaps fearful and probably alone. They really want change, they want their resourcefulness back, resolution to dilemmas and/or a renewed sense of possibility.

I help by providing an environment in which what can't be changed is acknowledged and accepted and in which there is support and challenge enough for them to truly take ownership of their life. They discover and tackle whatever it is that has to be faced up to, all in a spirit of spontaneity and experimentation.

In that environment, realisations occur, mindsets shift, and so do real world outcomes.

If you would like to find out more, please give me a call.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have benefited from coaching myself. After many years as a Chartered Accountant in practice, I have trained with Performance Consultants International to become a coach. I have since been awarded a Masters degree in Psychological Coaching from Metanoia Institute/London South Bank University.

I have practised mindfulness for many years, which deeply influences my approach to coaching.
