About me
Hi and welcome to my profile. I am an experienced and professional Coach and I am also a qualified and Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the BACP (integrative approach). I work in a 'personal consultancy' way combining (with agreement) coaching techniques coupled with a therapeutic approach and can find this extremely successful in achieving long term results.
Helping people achieve change quickly is my passion. Because every individual is unique, I have trained in a range of approaches so I can tailor my approach to suit you as my client. I specialise in relationship difficulties, self esteem/confidence issues, lifestyle balance, start up businesses, and career crossroads and I work in a warm, non-judgemental and welcoming environment.
I am Certified with the BPS Level A and B Psychometrics having trained at the University of Cambridge and a Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, personally licensed by Richard Bandler, creator of the field. I work in an individual way with all my clients focusing on life balance issues encompassing career, personal and lifestyle development for individuals, small businesses and Corporate Organisations.

Discounted fees for people on low incomes and I work with clients covered by private insurance.

I also offer live, safe and confidential Skype/online/telephone coaching and therapy. My aim is to be as flexible as possible for my clients and so this option has a number of advantages, such as: allowing access to therapy for those with mobility difficulties and those who are not able and do not have the time to travel to sessions due to work and home commitments.
