Profile

I am a personal and business life coach, based in London. I have been coaching individual and executive clients for about ten years now. I am a chartered psychologist with both academic and business management experiece, hold a doctorate in psychology and have over two decades of helping people change their lifes in a postive way.

After initially meeting face to face most of my coaching is done over the telephone and will give you a practical, forward-looking way to gain clarity on what you don't like and what you can do about it. It's also a powerful support system to keep you moving in the right direction and provides an external perspective on your life.

In addition to running my own private and corporate coaching practice, I am a founding member of the Coaching Section of the British Psychological Society.

Telephone Coaching - We can arrange a convenient time for you to contact me for a 45 minute coaching session.

Face to Face Coaching: We can arrange a convenient time and location to meet for a 45 minute coaching session. I cover North London and the home counties and also offer coaching sessions at your home.

Email Coaching - You pay a set sum for a period of email coaching.

Fees - Payable in advance of sessions.

Telephone coaching - from £50 per session
Face to face coaching - from £50 per session
In house Executive Coaching - company paying- from £100 per session
Email Coaching - from £50 per month
