My background and experience are my key strengths, I have worked in the private sector for nearly 20 years.  Latterly with a multinational brewer as a Senior Project Manager and internal consultant within their IT Department.  I used coaching as a Management technique within these roles and was more and more drawn to how effective it can be and decided to study, gaining a Post Graduate Diploma from Oxford Brooks University in Coaching and Mentoring practice.  My practice has developed over the last 5 years culminating in the launch of Leap - Coaching for Change in April 2011.

The process:

We would meet for an initial session to discuss your requirements and if you wished to work with me I would usually recommend a series of 6 (one hour) sessions over a period of approximately 6 months - although this is only a guide and we would base the engagement around your requirements.

Please do not be put off by my geographical location, I work with Clients across the country including Cornwall, London and the Midlands.  Our first meeting will be face to face and then after that we can continue to meet face to face or use different media such as telephone or Skype, again this will be based on your requirements.
