Jane Harrison, Life Matters, Qualified LIfe Coach
"If you change nothing, then nothing will change ....."
I coach people through change - it can be really scary for some. Its often easier to stay where you are but boy can that be boring!!! You have the ability to change your life for the better and to get the life you deserve.
Don't stay in your job if you hate it or if you have the whole work/life balance wrong. Don't put up with feeling just "okay". Don't keep your dreams as just dreams. Make them a reality - write them down then put a date on them.
If you would like to learn how to work out why you are unhappy or what makes you tick, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you a FREE report (as published in Bella magazine Sept 15) which will enable you to do just that!
So about me
I am a 48 year old mother of three darlings. I have travelled extensively and lived in several countries so have experienced many different cultures. I am very open-minded and non-judgemental. My style of coaching therefore is very down to earth and with a sense of humour (I am a northerner after all!).
I love to experience new challenges and set new goals each year. Last year I visited the amazing Northern Lights in Iceland and completed a week long charity trek in Romania - raising over £3,000 for the Libearty Bear Sanctuary. Life need not be boring!!!
You only have one life - get in touch soon.
What others say
"When I first contacted Jane, I really felt like my life was in a bit of a checkmate position, where I couldn't make a decision because everything was dependent on everything else. I was also terrified of taking any kind of risk.
Jane helped me to identify where I wanted to go, by focusing on my priorities and getting me to talk through my perceptions of risk and helped me to put that risk in perspective. Wow, how my life has changed for the better - a new job, a new house and a new baby!!!"
"After meeting Jane for the first time, I felt an instant sense of relief - she offered me a calm, sensitive and intuitive period of reflection my life so desperately needed. Life coaching makes the grey, fuzzy areas disappear, leaving you free to explore new opportunities and identify strengths you never thought you had. I'd be happy to recommend Jane to anyone who feels like getting from A to B is a marathon."

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the Coaching Academy in 2010.
I work to the Coaching Circle Code of Ethics and have full indemnity insurance.
I practice what I preach and am coached on a regular basis.
Areas of coaching I deal with
The first session is FREE. This is called an intake session. This determines whether we could work together and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about coaching.
A course of 6 - 10 sessions is recommended but not always necessary. Each session is an hour long. It makes sense to have the first four sessions weekly in order to capitalise on the momentum; after that, we can switch to fortnightly if that suits you better.
Distance is not a problem as I offer coaching via Skype but I live and work around North London, if you'd like to meet up.
If we decide we want to work together after the FREE intake session, the sessions cost £70 per hour. I have a number of concessions for those who cannot afford the full price.
If you recommend me to a friend or colleague, you will receive a discount on your sessions.
I require 48 hrs notice for cancellations or the full fee will apply.
