I will help you to create peace using a combination of therapies and approaches that heal mind, body and spirit.
I use the leading edge advanced thinking techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to be able to use your mind as it was intended, for you to control it rather than have it control you.
Every therapist develops their own blend of therapies that become their own style. It’s not totally true to say that I am an NLP Practitioner or a Life Coach or a healer, I use the blend of lifetime knowledge and training to do what works the most effectively for each individual.
I have my own unique edge which is a fusion of spiritual teaching whilst using the physical power of your own mind to create the emotional state that you want. Add to this a knowledge of your whole being (not just your physical self), the effects of energies and how we are creating experience.
I have a solution focused approach, believing that therapy should not be a long and unnecessarily drawn out process.
I am a great believer in education, resolving an issue through therapy sessions may well resolve that particular problem, but I prefer to provide the skills and tools so that other possible problems that arise in the future can easily be resolved by yourself.

Integrated training ... meaning I have learnt and embraced the attitude of NLP myself ... creates an inner awareness of the transformations that occur. I know what it feels like and how effective it is, in fact it was life changing for me as it will be for you.
Rapid Depression Treatment.
International guidelines for the treatment of depression state that a significant improvement in symptoms should be seen within 6 sessions. I always aim to have you feeling much better after the very first session. See below for more information.

Rapid Depression Treatment
When you suffer from depression, it feels like nothing can ever help, and nothing will ever change…
That is what depression does to your thinking. It makes you feel certain that you can never feel happy again.
It drains the pleasure from things you used to enjoy, makes you see everything through grey-tinted glasses and eradicates hope and energy.
In short, depression is a parasite that feeds off your life.
But when you know how depression works; what it needs to sustain it, then you start to gain power over it and hope flourishes again.
I have been trained in an approach to treating depression that focuses on getting you feeling better quickly.
The very first thing we will do in our session together is to ensure you understand why you are feeling this way. It has a lot to do with the levels of stress you are currently experiencing, which leads to physical as well as mental exhaustion.
Then I will work quickly to help you feel better by using deep relaxation with you. This is to prepare your brain to learn, because as you’ve probably noticed, depression makes it almost impossible to pay attention and retain information.
When you leave my office after that first session, I would expect you to feel better than you have in a long time.
But of course, depression doesn’t shift overnight.
In the following sessions, we will work together to:
- reduce the amount of worrying and introspection you are doing
- resolve any practical problems that are causing you stress
- work on any relationship difficulties you may be having
- help you balance your thinking so you are not plagued by negative thoughts
- as you feel better, gradually introduce elements to your life that will protect you from becoming depressed again
