About me
Coaching is a great way to identify and tackle issues that are difficult to address on your own.
We will look at what is holding you back, what stories about ourselves need to be let go, and what new possibilities can be explored.
We all have blind spots, so having a skilled companion who can shed light on some of them as well as giving you practical new skills is invaluable.
Some examples of coaching topics are -
Lack of confidence
Whether this is holding yourself back, or trying to please others, we will breakthrough the old fears and stories that we tell ourselves so that you feel seen for who you are and have belief in your own inherent value.
Inner criticism
Do you recognise that little voice in your head that makes you doubt yourself and your abilities? Together we get to understand this self inhibiting habit and how it works so that we can take the steps needed to overcome its negative impact.
Loss of direction
Are you feeling bored, stuck, or just going through the motions? Together we will re ignite your drive, by addressing what really matters to you in life and designing your work / life accordingly.
All coaching topics are different and unique to you.
I get to know you, your world, your challenges and your ambitions before designing a coaching programme tailored to your specific needs.
Coaching programmes vary from 5 - 10 sessions depending on what you are looking to achieve.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Free initial telephone session
Additional information
I offer 30 minute free coaching session by phone to get to know each other and discuss what you are looking to achieve from the coaching. This will allow us both to get a flavour of what it might be like to work with each other and whether it is a good fit.
I try to keep my fees affordable with the fees agreed according to individual circumstances and requirements.
Each session lasts between 60 - 90 minutes.
If you are looking for ongoing support and are thinking about a coaching programme ( 5 - 10 sessions) the initial session is fully refundable if you decide that this type of coaching is not for you.
Between the sessions you will be given practices to take up which are designed to help develop new awareness around your coaching topic.
Our sessions will be held at a mutually convenient location for the client and coach. When it is not possible to meet face to face coaching can take place over Zoom.
