My name is Holly Miles and I am a coach and certified NLP practitioner.
I work with clients in a variety of areas, including personal development, work/life balance, managing change and finding strategies to deal with challenging situations both at home or at work. I also have a particular interest in health coaching as I am a BANT and CNHC registered nutritional therapist (www.hollymilesnutrition.co.uk)

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working as a coach for a number of years, supporting clients with a wide range of personal and professional goals. My background in physiology and nutrition also enables me to offer clients advice on diet and lifestyle factors which may be very beneficial for anyone with health related goals such as overcoming anxiety, stress management, improving fitness, weight loss or coming to terms with and managing a chronic disease, such as type 2 diabetes.
Qualifications and Training
- Certified NLP practitioner and professional member of the ANLP (Association for Neuro-linguistic Programming). I have also undertaken additional NLP training which focussed specifically on weight management
- MSc in Personalised Nutrition
- BSc (hons) in Physiology
- PGCE in science and a qualified Dietary Educator

Monthly Coaching Package
This package includes 2 x face to face consultations of approximately 1 hour each, 2 x 15 minute telephone consultations and unlimited* texts and emails (* this includes answering quick questions relating to your programme. Requests which require a significant amount of my time may incur an additional charge).
This coaching package costs an upfront monthly fee of £120
