About me

About my approach:
My coaching experience is within Business, Executive, Personal Development, People Management and all aspects of Life coaching, within a diverse range of client situations and challenges. The benefit of my initial person centred approach is that this technique adopts a central focus on the priorities and challenges from the individual client perspective. There are many learning patterns, behaviours, external influencing factors that have an impact on our lives, and a person centred approach enables the coaching relationship to engage with the particular individual focus and perception of those challenges, from the client's position and circumstances.

Moving into Solutions focussed intervention:
From this basis of person centred clarity, the relationship can then clearly explore plan and sensitively identify, priorities and goals, by
moving into solutions focussed objectives or improvements. Solutions focussed techniques enables an increased self- awareness to encourage and maximise improvement, within individually defined boundaries that are complimentary to work life balance and relational sensitivities.

I also work with business partnerships, staffing relations and departmental conflict or change (In multi-unionised or other environments). I have coached & mentored the development of several Business Executives and Human Resources specialists in various sectors. This experience includes the integration of my personal career experience and practice, in directing the organisational development of policy and strategy as HR/OD Director in the commercial and public sector.

No obligation enquiry or call, I gain an understanding from you about how you have arrived at this point in your life, you decide if we can work together.
In preparation for our first session, I provide you with an initial assessment to complete and return this will help us both to focus on your needs and it will form the foundation of the initial person centred focus. Generally my hourly rate is £80.00(Reviewed annually) with an admin rate when appropriate.
Commercial contracts are flexibly negotiable to client and business needs.
