Geraldine Barnard. Helping you to rebuild your life following personal loss
Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Geraldine and I spent many years working within the healthcare industry. There came a time when I made the decision that I wanted to get more out of my working life whilst at the same time supporting others to get more from their own lives. I therefore changed direction and became a life coach.
I am a caring, compassionate and perceptive person and a good listener. In 2010 I completed the CRUSE Foundation Training Awareness in Bereavement Care. My coaching speciality is helping clients rebuild their life following personal loss including bereavement, relationship breakdown, redundancy or loss of health.
How coaching with me can help you
Have you suffered some form of personal loss and now feel at odds with your life? Whatever loss you have been through means that your life will never be the same again but that doesn't mean it can't be as good or even better. You don't need to feel alone and isolated. By working with me, we can get your life back on track. My aim is to help you get the best out of your life going forwards. To do this I will support you as you go through the process of integrating your past into who you are now. I then provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to explore the numerous possibilities and choices you have to rebuild your life.
Is this for you?
