Profile

I offer short and longer term life coaching to individuals at my practices in Trysull near Wolverhampton and Stratford-upon-Avon.

I work the hours that are required to meet the needs of my clients either during the day or evenings. I offer weekend appointments if required.

The strap line on my business card is 'Living the Life You Choose'. I help clients to make the choices that enable them to lead healthier, happier, more rewarding and satisfying lives.

MA, Diploma and Certificate in Gestalt Psychotherapy
MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies
UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist
Member British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

My professional background was in human resources
I have extensive experience of facilitating change in individuals and their lives,
teams and organizations
I have worked in private practice as a life coach for 10 + years
