I offer life coaching along with a variety of different psychological support services. I have been involved with personal development for most of my working life. I have a broad range of experience within commerce and industry, Supporting individuals from a variety of backgrounds in different settings. I have worked both in the public and private sectors.

Coaching is a supportive process exploring life's goals and inspiring achievement through the process.
