Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
I offer 6, 10 or 12 session coaching packages and these tend to spread over 3 to 6 months depending on the issues you bring. The cost per one hour session is £60.
There will be email contact between sessions, however, there is no additional fee for this. Contact between sessions is important as one of my roles is to keep you motivated and on track. Please note that this is a working relationship, and therefore the responsibility of weekly updates lies with the client.
Should you wish to have longer term coaching sessions this can be negotiated.
I have a particular interest in professional organising. I firmly believe that helping clients declutter their physical environment will inevitably lead to clearer thinking and better decision making. Our physical environment is often a reflection on our inner emotional state and clearing clutter often helps us think clearer.
As I am a trained therapist I can support clients in processing the reasons behind their often compulsive hoarding.
I offer evening and weekend coaching as I realise many of my clients work during the day.
