Hi, I'm Eva.
As a life coach, I help my clients to obtain well-being in their personal and professional life and make them reach their full potential. I believe that every person has the answers to their problems within them. Sometimes it just needs a little professional help to access them. My job is to accompany you, so that you can access your inner wisdom and strength.
I will help you to:
- Find a structured definition of your goals
- Focus on and prioritise your objectives
- Stay accountable and motivated on the way to reaching your objectives
- Connect to your emotions
- Remove emotional barriers and limiting beliefs
- Find and develop your strengths
- Enhance your relations with others
- Find happiness and enjoy life more
- Manage big life transitions – those that you wanted as well as those that you didn’t want (job change, career re-orientation, promotion, divorce, loss of a loved one, move to a different country etc.)
- See clearer what it is that you actually want in life
- Eliminate stress
- Find a better work-life balance

Training, qualifications & experience
I strongly believe in quality and the need for a global standard in coach training and practice. Therefore, I have been trained in two International Coach Federation (ICF) certified courses over one and a half years.
I am now a member of the ICF and am adhering to its code of ethics.
Furthermore, I am supervised by a Master Certified Coach (MCC) regularly and am constantly upgrading my knowledge by visiting continued learning seminars and courses.
I work as a coach since mid 2015 and have accompanied many clients to more well-being, success and happiness. My clients have mostly been English and French speakers as well as a few German speakers. Their age varied from 23 to 67 and I equally coach men and women.
I have coached sole traders and start-ups to successfully run different aspects of their business. I have coached mums to go back to their career. Other mums to embrace the changes and challenges of motherhood. Elite students to cope with stress and pressure. Extraordinarily talented people to perform better at their jobs and in their relationships. Sons and fathers to communicate better with each other. Women to better express their anger and men to be more connected with their emotions.
These are but a few examples: my clients bring the topic, and I bring the expertise to steer them towards obtaining their goals.
Experience previous to becoming a life coach:
In my coaching I also draw on my previous experience in an international career in EU politics.
Before re-orienting to become a coach, I worked for several international firms and projects (Linklaters LLP; German Asset and Investment Fund Association; Shanghai World EXPO) as well as major political institutions (European Parliament). This helps me to understand where my clients are coming from and what many of them are facing in their lives. I have studied and worked in 6 different countries and 5 languages, helping me to connect and empathise with a great variety of people, cultures and environments.
I coach in English, French and German. I am a native German speaker but have passed most of my studies and work life in English and French.
Working in different languages helps me to think outside the box. Languages frame our thoughts to a very big extent and as a multilingual person I am all too well aware of that. So, even if you only need me in one of those languages, my multilingualism will add to the depth of our coaching journey.
I also speak and read Mandarin and Spanish, however, not well enough to coach in these languages. If one of these is your native language, feel free to get in touch with me in it.
Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
Multicultural coaching/ Intercultural coaching
Coaching for mutlicultural teams, couples, friends so that they can communicate better and learn to respect each other's differences. Helping them to take the tremendous opportunity of being enriched by each other rather than confronting each other.

I offer a free initial consultation to everyone interested. I think it is important that your coach really is the right match for you, so why not make an appointment and find out?
Individual clients: 60 £ per session.
Young families and students: 40£ per session*
Company and institutional clients: to be negotiated
The fee includes the session itself as well as a comprehensive summary of the session that will be sent to you after each meeting with me and supporting material that will be given to you when needed.
*I strongly feel that coaching should be more attainable for young families and students. Both of these groups usually have a limited budget but are facing major changes and challenges. This is why I have a special rate for them.
