Further Information

We offer Life Coaching face to face or over the telephone from Monday to Saturday. 

Face to face sessions take place in Central London (Waterloo or Bank), Winchester or Southampton. The most suitable location can be discussed upon enquiry.  

Coaching is equally as effective over the telephone or via Skype. Telephone and Skype coaching can be provided nationally and internationally.
