Dishman Soanes Associates provide coaching, consultancy and training to both individuals and organisations. Using Transactional Analysis we offer bespoke programmes to equip organisations, teams and individuals with the tools to enable improved morale, energy and productivity. We are passionate about developing people through the skilful use of accessible psychology, and are confident that you will find Transactional Analysis an accessible yet sophisticated approach to understanding and improving patterns of working and living with others.

We have practices in Central London, Surrey and Essex.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Paula Dishman MSc, CTA and PTSTA  - I bring to this role more than twelve years experience as a practitioner of psychological therapy and as a teacher and supervisor of counsellors, therapists and coaches.

I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and am also an endorsed Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA). With a strong commercial background I have worked for many years at a senior level for a leading retail organisation delivering major programmes of organisational change.

I am passionate about the co-created nature of communication and the process of relating within teams and organisations and how these can be key in delivering change.

Fees

Our fees start at £70 for an individual session, with bespoke packages available for both organisations and individuals.
