Daniel Pereira/ MBA, Master NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Coaching
What do I offer:
I offer Integrative Coaching where I combine Coaching with NLP Techniques, Transaction Analyses, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Somatic Coaching and Person Centred approach.
Person-Centred Hypnotherapy and NLP:
I offer Hypnotherapy and NLP sessions for fast lasting changes, so the transformation can be achieved in a shorter period of time and with less financial investment.
How do I work:
I help women and men to become their own Coach and develop their own strategies to succeed in all areas of their lives.
I support them to create a clear map with all the steps to achieve or change whatever they want and create a system to monitor their tasks daily and see their progress.
What am I good at:
I am good at helping people to become fully aware of themselves, their patterns of behaviour and understand the dynamics in play.
Working with me, women and men have the opportunity to understand themselves better and become fully aware of the strategies they are using in their lives.
I help them see clearly what they are doing, how they are doing and why, and reflect on their actions and on the results they are getting.
Once the person is fully aware of what they are doing, how, when and why, that is the time where they can make changes. Before that, behaviours may be unconscious and that is what I focus on and help bringing light to the black spots.

"I can fully recommend Daniel as a life coach without hesitation. In the first session he sensitively explored what I wanted from the sessions, his gentleness and non-judgment allowing me to articulate some areas of my life about which I was most ashamed - and that I had not dared say to others. Thereafter he prepared carefully for each session and ensured that I moved on with putting practical things into place. In the course of this he identified two persistent patterns of thought that I hadn’t noticed, which by themselves have been life changing. But the biggest proof of a life coach is that changes are made that continue to work beyond the sessions and that has certainly happened. The area we were dealing with has been transformed." (Dr. David Pullinger Feb to May 2015 – 12 sessions)
" I feel that I have managed to make some positive changes in a very short space of time, I'm really pleased with the outcome of our sessions. I have found the sessions of immense value, I particularly like the fact that coaching looks at the present and future rather than focussing on what has happened in the past. The time to talk and reflect is very useful, particularly as you challenge my thought patterns, and not just once, but several times to really hammer home the point and to ensure I really am reflecting on what I am saying. I like the way the sessions are lead by the things that are currently an issue for me, whilst still tackling some wider issues that I would like to work on long term. You have been very good at teasing out the issues that I am avoiding and have provided me with some good resources to read in-between sessions. I feel that I get a lot out of the sessions and enjoy the fact that I am actively encouraged to carry on in between sessions, with a plan often devised in our session so that it feels like most of the work is already done. Listening to the audios has been extremely powerful and has given me more insight and more opportunities to reflect and learn. I feel empowered and more positive after our sessions and this feeling lasts for a while afterwards." ( Holly - Project Manager May to June 2016 - 6 sessions)
