Training, qualifications & experience
I was a manager in Higher Education for 15 years before setting up my coaching practice in 2011. I have always loved supporting people to develop, acquire new skills and progress. Coaching was a natural next step for me as I wanted to help people be happier, more confident and get more out of life.
I have coached numerous private clients, managers within organisations and I also train people to become coaches and to develop a coaching style of management.
I hold a BA Modern Languages, a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Diploma in Life Coaching (LCH) accredited by the OCN and the International Institute of Coaching. I am currently studying for an MCert in Coaching and Mentoring. I work with other coaches in my area and continue to develop my own learning to make sure my practice is as current and energised as possible. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and adhere to their code of ethics.

Individual sessions cost £75 per hour
A block of 4 x one hour coaching sessions costs £280 (£70 per session)
Sessions are by phone, zoom/skype/facetime or face to face in Wirksworth. They can be taken once a week, fortnight or month.

When I work
I am available 8-6pm on weekdays for telephone, skype, zoom or FaceTime coaching sessions. Face to face sessions are currently suspended due to Covid-19 but will resume whenever allowed.
