As your coach I will work with you to make sure you can make the life changes you want to. These may be external changes like finding a new job, relocating or developing a new fitness regime. They may be internal changes like wanting to feel more confident, less stressed or happier in life.  Coaching helps you work out what you want to change, what you need to do now to make it happen and gives you the tools and techniques to ensure you can sustain things in the future.

I have always been delighted by the transformation that happens for people during coaching.  What I love about it is the way it puts you back in the centre of your life and fills you with an ongoing sense of confidence and enjoyment. Training, Qualifications & Experience

I was a manager in Higher Education for 15 years before setting up my coaching practice 2 years ago. I have always loved supporting people to develop, acquire new skills and progress. Coaching was a natural next step for me as I wanted to put my intuition, creativity and listening skills to even better use and do more immediate work with individuals.

I have a BA Modern Languages, a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Diploma in Life Coaching (LCH), accredited by the OCN and the International Institute of Coaching. I am currently studying for an MCert in Coaching and Mentoring. I work with other coaches in my area and continue to develop my own learning to make sure my practice is as current and energised as possible.

I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and adhere to their code of ethics.

Fees

I have three different packages to suit your needs.
 
Please take a look and then give me a call on 07751 905217 to work out which one suits your current situation best.

Package A - £240 - 4 one hour telephone coaching sessions (£60 per session)
Package B - £400 - 8 one hour telephone coaching sessions (£50 per session)
Package C - £480 - 12 one hour telephone coaching sessions (£40 per session)

Sessions are taken once a week, fortnight or month and all packages include unlimited email support for the duration.

Individual sessions cost £70 per hour.

Face to face coaching sessions can be arranged in Derbyshire and will attract an additional 10% surcharge.
