Profile

A non-directive coaching style which develops behaviours and skills, while promoting clarity, momentum and direction according to the business's strategic aims, but following a course prescribed by the coachee. 

I facilitate by asking better questions, rather than prescriptively completing coaching exercises. Tools are used, to develop both behaviour and skills, but not led by any fixed agenda. Having said that, twenty years immersed in business does, of course, mean I contribute to the productivity of sessions.

I am Passionate, creative and a driven individual. From a sound business background, my entrepreneurial spirit brings real empathy with anyone who runs their own business or with the ambition to do so. Having succeeded in, but not been fulfilled by, marketing roles in corporate and small businesses alike, I set up my first business in 2012. I coach anyone who wants to raise their game, by teasing out the transformational changes that successful people desire and deserve.
