With nearly 30 years coaching experience, I can offer professional and experienced help in areas such as confidence, career coaching, career change, relationship coaching and finding your life purpose or direction. I also specialise in business and career coaching and I have worked with many companies as a corporate coach, helping staff with personal performance issues. I have helped hundreds of people to make positive changes and overcome personal and professional difficulties. I work face to face or online. Coaching programmes can be tailored to meet your needs. I work with you to identify and transform self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviour patterns and other emotion issues. With my experience both as a Transformative Coach and NLP Coach, you can expect expert help quickly.
