You discover how to deal with your problems as an individual, and maybe along with your partner, or your team members, so that you can achieve your dreams.
You will find your way to the heart of the issues you face, and change yourself through my encouragement, challenge and support. You may have one issue you want to deal with which causes you stress, or life might be messier than that and perhaps that makes you angry or anxious, perhaps to the point of panic attacks. This may be in your private life, or in work or the work/life balance you want to create between the two. As your Life Coach I create a safe environment where you will not be judged as you to gain clarity on what you want, and together, we work to make that possible in your

and in ways that are practical, confidence building and motivating for the life you live.
You will find yourself listened to, and sometimes challenged, to ensure that what you do is robust, enduring and brings about the outcome you desire. Along the way, given my relationship counselling specialty, it is quite possible that you will develop a better relationship with yourself as well as with others. This will allow you to carry your learning and personal development back into your life in ways that steady you as you face the issues of the everyday (and those of the not-so-everyday).
What I do
I flex my approach between coaching and counselling so that each person gets what they want and need, and that can vary session by session. I always hold the bigger picture of what my clients want to happen in mind. On very rare occasions I might give advice if appropriate. My primary focus is on helping you to develop your own solutions, in ways that create motivation and generate confidence.
When you experience counselling, the focus is on needing and wanting to talk about what has happened. You need someone to listen to your problems while staying present and patient - all without judgement. Coaching listens to what you want helps you move forward from where you are now to where you want to be, and solutions are found. You find that your attention is kept on the map you have created, and progress constantly reviewed. The bigger picture is remembered and you are challenged to stay focused on that. You are supported to make decisions that work for you, held accountable to what you say you will do and will be encouraged as you make progress. A mentor listens, then gives advice from what worked for them or what they think will work for you.
How I can deliver what I do
My heart-warming yet unwavering approach comes from years of practical experience of coaching people in their life and relationships - at times under extreme pressure. The confidence to do this was originally born of repeated success in Olympic sailing. Clients of mine have become some of the world's top sailors.

Over 650 hours in relationship counselling, mostly with couples, in the last 7 years
Countless hours as an Elite Sports Coach working for 20 years at Olympic level in international Sailing

I offer a range of coaching/counselling options that meet different needs, so it's best to contact me with a short description of the issue(s) you have. Then I can respond with a price for the appropriate package. If you want to talk or meet me to check the 'chemistry' between us, I offer a half hour FREE meeting (face to face or by phone or Skype).
Individuals - session length, number and frequency
Sessions are 1.5 hours long, and the number varies with the issue. The frequency is up to you. After an initial batch of sessions, most people go on to take occasional sessions as and when they need them.
Couples and other relationships between two people
Everything depends on how 'hot' your issues are, and how quickly you need to find resolution. Sessions are 2.5 hours long to enable you are properly 'heard' and to make reasonable progress each time. Again, the frequency is up to you.
