Do you long for a truly satisfying and enriching career?  Perhaps you would like to kickstart and then maintain your health and fitness?  Maybe you wish you could improve family relationships so that being at home is a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all members of your family?

You might be feeling frightened of change, worried that if you try something new within your business it might not work out, concerned that family relationships might be feeling very difficult but that you don't know where to turn to find improvement or despondent about your health and your ability to change it.     

I see my role as a coach to be one of helping you to become the best you that you can be.  Difficult situations in your life will automatically improve once you begin to take a new approach because if you change, others will change their response to you. 

I have no magic wand to give you, but I know that you can dramatically improve your life.  The solutions to your dilemmas already exist inside of you, but right now you're having trouble accessing them.  What I offer is guidance in how to do this as well as help and support along the journey.  In addition to coaching I am a psychotherapist and use some of the skills from counselling to help both me and you gain insight and clarity into any issue.   

I specialise in coaching two distinctly different groups of people: members of the military and their families and therapists in private practice.  

The issues I most frequently coach around are: business set up and improvement for sole traders, family issues and relationships and health and fitness improvement. 

My aim is, paradoxically, to give you the help, guidance and support you need to make significant changes so that when our work is concluded you no longer require my services.
