If you are reading this, it means you are ready to start living the life you want and deserve and that's where Transitional Coaching comes in. Transitional Therapy is a solution focussed approach to Life Coaching, located in Loughton, Essex.
My aim is to help you move from your current position to wherever it is you wish to be therefore, improving the quality of your life and increasing your happiness.
Using a range of different approaches and techniques, together we will identify and work towards a set of goals which will be based upon your individual needs.
I provide a personal, relaxed, and fully confidential environment. Whether you need to attend sessions for motivational, financial, relational or any other reasons, I am here to help you achieve your goals.
Booking an introduction session does not commit you to further sessions, so what have you got to lose?
I am a member of the BACP Coaching Division and abide by their code of ethics.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a fully qualified Life Coach, Psychotherapist & Counsellor. I have BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, PG Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Diploma in Life Coaching & a Diploma in Youth & Community Studies.
I have worked in the community as a Residential Social Worker and Family Support Officer for the Child Protection Team before qualifying as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Personal Life Coach.
I am a member of The BACP Coaching division and I am currently completing a Masters degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy at the University of East London.
