I’m a highly experienced, qualified Business Coach and Personal and Professional Development Coach and have been running my practice in North London since 2004.  Sessions can be face to face or via phone, Skype, Zoom or FaceTime.

Before becoming a coach, I spent many years running a successful London based marketing and communications consultancy. My clients included well-known 'blue chip' corporates & companies as well as household name consumer brands. This valuable experience informs and helps me coach and mentor CEO's, MD's and executives working at all levels as well as entrepreneurs and professionals working in the creative industries.

I provide business and professional and personal development coaching to suit each individual client to help them identify and achieve important goals to build success and drive their careers and businesses forward.  At the same time I can help you gain more fulfilment from your professional and personal life. I can also help budding entrepreneurs generate ideas and create exciting plans for new business ventures as well as working with existing small and medium size companies to help find original ways to promote their business and build on their success.

No matter what the goal or issue, I believe you will benefit from talking to an experienced professional like me who will give you impartial, valuable and objective feedback, help clarify your thinking, and work with you to create the right action plan. Part of the process is to identify and overcome any obstacles that are getting in your way.  Working together, we'll explore and find the right strategies to achieve important goals and ambitions for your career and your business .

I offer new clients an introductory session free of charge.  It's a great opportunity to explore how my coaching can help you and for you to feel confident that we have the right rapport to work well together.  I'm available Monday to Friday during the day and early evenings. I am also available some Saturdays.  Needless to say, anything you tell me is completely confidential.

I work with a wide variety of business people to help them make the most of their potential.  My clients include senior executives and managers and their teams, as well as entrepreneurs and business owners. I work with creative professionals and freelancers including writers, artists, architects and designers.  I can also help people who may be thinking about career change and are open to exploring a new direction.   I offer mentorship and guidance to all my clients  including students and trainees. Mentoring is also a passion of mine and I have helped several organisations set up their own in-house mentoring programmes.

When an organisation asks me to coach or mentor a specific individual or a number of their people, I will present a costed and detailed proposal and timetable.

I am a member of The Association for Coaching and am bound by the Code of Ethics and Good Practice of the AC.
