My passion is helping clients to live authentically in their professional and personal lives.
For me, authenticity is about:
- Knowing who you are and what you believe in – this allows people to understand your identity which in turn, enables others to respect you and makes it easier to follow you as a team member, manager or leader.
- Displaying transparency and consistency with values, action and ethics – this allows people to see you as honest and having integrity; in a word WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).
- Focusing on developing positive psychological states around confidence optimism, hope and reliance – this allows people to be inspired by your positive outlook and enjoy working with/for you.
- Being empathic is a good thing – understanding another person’s frame of reference allows you to consider how to motivate them.
Coaching with me offers a creative space in which individuals can explore themselves, working one on one to gain clarity on their motivations and how to position themselves for future growth. Our focus will be on empowering you to generate new options for yourself, both professionally and personally. This might include what you want to achieve in life or in your career, and how you interact with your friends, family, teams and organisation.
My personal style focuses on the positive, understanding and overcoming challenges/limiting beliefs, listening without judgment and finding creative solutions to stubborn problems. I love coaching and am extremely passionate about helping clients create and implement a vision for themselves that is unique to them. It’s not only about reconnecting with what you believe about yourself or are thinking in your head, but also what you are feeling in your heart. It’s about ALL of you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 27 years of experience working on people related initiatives at the individual and organisational level including coaching, management consulting, performance management, recruitment, HR Transformation and change management. Prior to launching my own coaching practice, I have worked in management or leadership positions at KPMG, Towers Watson, Mercer, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Fox.
My personal experiences are around dealing with overcoming my own limiting beliefs around imposter syndrome, confidence people pleasing and perfectionism. Much of the understanding I bring to the process of coaching combines my own experiences of career and life transitions — both the positive and the challenging. In addition to a variety of work and personal experiences, my cultural experiences have included living in 6 different states across the US, two countries and working throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and United States.
I have a diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre of Coaching in addition to an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Communications from University of Arizona.
Areas of coaching I deal with
The best place to start is an introductory session for approximately 30 minutes. This is the opportunity for us to discuss coaching, what you are looking to achieve with a coach and for you to understand my coaching style. It always us to connect and see how we could possibly work together.
If you decide to move forward with coaching we can discuss fees and packages. My experience shows that coaching is a journey. When you are on a journey you don’t know where you will end up and it is usually about following through the process to come out to where you want to be – what is going to make you thrive.
I would definitely recommend Brad as a coach. I think he is amazingly real, warm, and easy to work with, as well as being very focused and helping clients get results. Very warm, authentic, engaging, good rapport and presence, able to understand issues and ask relevant questions. I never felt like he was planning his next step. I felt listened to the entire time.

His coaching helped me to uncover, discover and implement the steps I needed to achieve a major goal of my life. Thanks to Brad, I found the clarity to see where I was already succeeding, and what I needed to do to look beyond the noise and achieve authentic success.
Brad's commitment, focus, intelligence and energy can help a person gain clarity and make progress on becoming the person they want to become ... and if they don't know yet who they want to become Brad can ask the right questions to help you to figure that out. He has a calmness and strength about him that makes him an ideal coach. Brad really cares.

I would highly recommend Brad for coaching to anyone. Not only is he insightful and articulate but Brad is also gifted at facilitating a space and sessions which help individuals work out problems on their own, helping them to come to solutions and personal insights without much interference on the part of the facilitator. Brad is gifted at showing individuals how to think about situations instead of urging to think in a particular way, a true coach. He is also patient, flexible, and extremely sensitive to the participant's needs and aspirations in guiding the sessions.

I would highly recommend Brad as a coach. He is very personable and compassionate, and we built up a level of trust very quickly so I felt completely comfortable being open with him from the start. He knew when to push and probe me further to dig further into the conversation, without making me feel pressured or awkward. Without realising it, I was coming up with solutions and ideas that I had struggled to think through for years!
Because Brad has been in a similar corporate work environment to me, I felt like he really understood some of the issues/dilemmas I was facing. Through the coaching process, he was good at checking in with me on what we should focus on and whether the approach he was taking was working for me. I always felt like I was getting the most out of the experience.
